What Is the QM Certification Process?
- Verify whether the product meets the applicable SASO standards and technical regulation requirements based on the submitted materials mentioned above;
- Conduct factory audit and take samples for testing;
- Communicate with the client if non-conformities are identified;
- If the applicant has taken necessary corrective actions and the results meet the requirements, recommend the product to SASO for obtaining the Saudi Quality Mark;
- Authorized personnel of SASO issue the Saudi Quality Mark License (SQM Licence).
